Help each person name and use what they do best. Participants identify their top strengths and learn how to apply them in their role and on their team. Pairs well with Color Code for a full-day self-awareness experience.

Leadership Development Series
A multi-session program that builds skills over time, with follow-up between sessions so the learning sticks.
Assessments and participant materials are priced separately, based on group size.
Why Kerry
I'm Kerry Sweet, a facilitator with 25 years of corporate experience and a Wharton MBA. For four years I led marketing and training at our family's company, Streamline Services, where I trained technicians, CSRs, and managers and saw firsthand how much a team's communication affects its results. My workshops are interactive, practical, and built for real teams - not just for theory.
Recent sessions include a full-day self-awareness workshop combining Color Code and CliftonStrengths for the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class.
